Geely Europe Innovation & Collaboration AB is a shared competence and service center for Geely companies in Sweden and Europe. Providing expertise and support in staff functions such as IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Tax, Real Estate Development and Facility Management.

The primary objectives of this role is to define and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap and prioritization for the EU Data & AI platform and related services.

• Lead and coordinate deliveries across data platforms, data products, connected vehicle data services, enterprise data, market, sales and service solutions, as well as AI initiatives.

• Translate business needs and opportunities into clear product requirements, backlog items, delivery plans and release priorities.

• Drive AI initiatives and enable the implementation of AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

• Collaborate closely with business, engineering, architecture, cloud, information security and data privacy teams to ensure solutions meet business, operational and regulatory requirements.

• Support the design and evolution of scalable data products and services, including data pipelines, APIs, analytics and AI-enabled solutions.

• Take ownership of project and delivery follow-up, including scope, progress, risks, dependencies and blockers.

• Lead team setup, competence development, resource planning and recruitment activities.

• Contribute to budget planning and resource allocation for current and future platform and service development.

• Establish and continuously improve ways of working, governance routines, documentation, delivery follow-up and Jira workflows.

• Manage access and permissions across relevant platforms and tools, including AWS, Databricks, Jira, Teams, Confluence and other data applications.

• Provide clear stakeholder communication, reporting and decision support across multiple organizations and cross-functional teams.

We are looking for someone who combines strong product leadership with a solid understanding of data, AI and modern technology platforms and also have experience with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager or similar roles within data, analytics, digital products or data platform environments.

• Proven experience leading or coordinating complex data products, analytics solutions, AI initiatives or data platform deliveries.

• Experience driving AI initiatives and implementations for enterprise use cases.

• Good knowledge of modern cloud-based data ecosystems and technologies such as AWS, Databricks or Snowflake, BI/reporting tools and data integration services.

• A strong understanding of the end-to-end data lifecycle, including ingestion, transformation, modelling, consumption, governance and operational support.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization and Jira-based workflows.

• The ability to translate complex business problems into scalable data products and technology solutions.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across business, technical and management levels, preferably in an international environment.

• Knowledge of data governance, documentation, access management, information security and EU data compliance requirements.

• Experience with team leadership, resource planning and supplier or partner coordination is a strong advantage.

• A structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress in a fast-changing environment.

• Experience from the automotive industry is highly valuable, particularly within connected vehicle data, diagnostics, quality, sales and marketing, aftersales or enterprise data analytics.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English. Chinese is considered a plus.
