Geely Europe Innovation & Collaboration, a subsidiary of Geely Sweden Holdings, is a shared competence and service center for Geely companies in Sweden and Europe, located in Gothenburg, Sweden and Madrid, Spain. Providing expertise and support in staff functions such as IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Tax, Real Estate Development and Facility Management.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a Facility Service Manager to join our Real Estate team.
In this role, you will hold a key role in shaping the tenant experience at our office campus Uni3 by Geely. You combine commercial and contractual ownership with a strong service mindset and facility knowledge, ensuring that facility services create value for both tenants and the business.
Acting as the primary interface between tenants, service providers, and internal stakeholders, you take end‑to‑end responsibility for service concepts, agreements, and performance. With a structured and improvement‑driven approach, you influence how facility services are developed, delivered, and continuously refined.
Your Responsibilities include:
· Own and develop the tenant‑facing facility service offering at Uni3 by Geely, with a clear focus on value creation, quality, and continuous improvement
· Act as the primary interface between tenants, service providers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and high service performance
· Hold end‑to‑end responsibility for service agreements, including commercial set‑up, scope definition, updates, and ongoing governance
· Drive supplier performance through structured follow‑up, KPIs, and compliance management
· Manage service‑related financials, including budget responsibility, cost structures, business models, and invoicing toward tenants
· Ensure structured administration, documentation, and data accuracy related to tenants, services, and agreements across the tenant lifecycle
Who you are:
You are a service‑driven and structured professional with a strong commercial mindset and a high level of attention to detail. You are comfortable taking end‑to‑end ownership of facility services, balancing hands‑on operational work with a clear focus on quality, governance, and continuous improvement. With confidence and credibility, you navigate complex stakeholder environments and build strong working relationships with tenants, service providers, and internal functions.
You work in a structured and transparent manner, valuing clear processes, thorough documentation, and reliable follow‑up as critical enablers of a high‑quality tenant experience. You communicate clearly and professionally, with fluency in both Swedish and English, and you contribute proactively to shaping and refining service concepts over time. Proficiency in Chinese is considered a merit.
For this role, you will need:
· Post-secondary education within Facility Management, Property/Real Estate, or a related field
· 3+ years of experience in a similar role within facility or office service management
· Proven experience managing service suppliers, including performance follow-up, KPIs, compliance, and continuous operational improvement
· Solid experience handling service agreements, with end‑to‑end ownership of the contract lifecycle, scope updates, and stakeholder coordination
· Experience working directly with tenants, customers, or internal stakeholders in a service-oriented environment
· Background in coordinating soft FM services such as cleaning, reception, security, maintenance, or similar facility-related processes
· Knowledge of procurement processes, service standards, and operational compliance is considered a merit
· Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with tenants, suppliers, and internal functions
