About the role
As an HR Shared Services Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering efficient, accurate, and compliant HR operations across Europe. You will manage end-to-end administrative processes covering the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a high level of service to both employees and stakeholders.
Working within the HR Shared Services Center, you will contribute to building a scalable and high-performing HR operations model, with a strong focus on data accuracy, process excellence, and employee experience.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day
Employee & Consultant Administration
Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal changes, and data maintenance
Maintain and update employee and consultant records in the HR system
Process mass data updates and handle employee data requests
Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
Support payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary execution in collaboration with external providers
Maintain compensation and benefits data in line with internal policies and local regulations
Support annual salary reviews, incentive programs, and benefits administration
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to payroll and benefits
Time & Absence Management
Administer leave of absence processes (sick leave, parental leave, vacation, etc.)
Ensure accurate tracking of working time, attendance, and schedules
Maintain and troubleshoot time management systems
Organizational Changes & HR Systems
Process organizational changes and maintain up-to-date structures in HR systems
Execute mass updates and ensure data consistency across systems
Offboarding & Compliance
Manage employee terminations (voluntary and involuntary) in compliance with local labor laws
Ensure all processes follow internal policies and legal requirements
HR Reporting & Data Analysis
Generate and maintain HR reports (headcount, local and global metrics)
Support data-driven decision making through accurate reporting and analysis
What we hope you’ll bring to the team
Proven experience in HR operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar administrative HR role
Hands-on experience with payroll processes and employee data management
Fluency in German and English is mandatory. Additional European languages are a plus
Experience working with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors is a strong advantage)
Familiarity with payroll and time management systems
Solid understanding of labor law, payroll practices, and HR compliance (including GDPR)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Service-oriented approach with strong communication skills
